Store PoliciesReturns/CancellationsOnline orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. Any online order item not picked up within 60 days shall be charged a storage fee after 60 days of $75 per month and for any online order item not picked up within 90 days, Stoddard’s shall have the right to return the online item to inventory in exchange for a Stoddard’s customer deposit or gift card for the online order payment made less a restocking fee in the amount of 25% of the online order total, subject to continuing reduction for any storage fees and also subject to Stoddard’s deposit and gift card policies.To the extent Stoddard’s Range and Guns (“Stoddard’sâ€), in its sole discretion, allows for the return of an online order within 30 days of the online purchase, the refund will be in the form of a store credit on a Stoddard’s gift card for the full purchase price consistent with Stoddard’s “No Regrets†policy (as stated on https://www.stoddardsguns.com/stoddards-commitment/), but less shipping costs and a restocking fee in the amount of 25% of the online order total and also subject to Stoddard’s gift card policies. The gun must still be in “as-new†condition (yes, we know you may have shot it), not damaged, modified or subjected to misuse and must have all original boxes, packaging, paperwork (including the Lifetime Warranty card) and accessories. Ammunition PurchasesYou must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms.
